SEEK SHADE & DESTROY CAMPAIGN

Another project that took longer than expected: the Seek Shade & Destroy skateboard campaign by Spot The Dot .
Marije sent me the deck over a year ago, but every time I tried to shoot it, something got in the way.
Finally, Peace stepped in, sacrificing her time to support Spot the Dot and raise awareness about skin cancer.

I started as a skateboard photographer back in 2007, and it feels great to be shooting it again.
Over the past few years, I lost touch with skateboarding, only getting on a board once or twice a year.

But now, as I mark 26 years of skating, this shoot has reignited my motivation to skate more.
