I hear my breath & see the wind, I see the cold on my skin.
I hear leafs & branches, I see in the dark.
I hear boulders turn around, I see the old mark.
I hear deers & foxes hiding, I see the darkness how it
seeks & finds me.

and by the fact that there are many ways we can protect our skin from sun damage, such as running in hours when
